Ive had this pistol for several years now.
130364. Su4 straight wing eagle proof, [hard to see].
Is this a Nazi era rework? Red 9, and can anyone tell me what unit it was formerly assigned to? All matching including the grips.

Andy,

It's a typical Weimar rework with a E/SU4 stamp indicating a rework at the Spandau arsenal (Berlin ).
If the characters are S.Mi. ( hard to read !)it's a Prussian police pistol from the Minden district ( due to the regulations from 1922 ).

Congratulations to the good shape of your pistol. Most of these police reworks are well used and the E/SU4 stamp is very seldom seen.

Fritz
