FWIW at first glance they look like T-5 to me. I have sold off my Mauser pistols so I can't pull off a set to double check. There are some pictures on the NEW BLACK GRIPS DATA REQUEST. Of the hard copy pictures I have in my paper file there is a definite "taper"for lack of the proper word on the left hand side of the keeper on the R/H grip. As stated before I think they are original and would not worry a whole bunch about T-5 or T-6.

They look like the sub-par grips that show up on 1943 and 1944 dated HK's .
Not worn-just poorly made .

Do not try to clean the fuzzy stuff off .
It will just make it worse .

These were probably just bottom of the barrel stuff but they could also be later sourced items .
Both pictured guns are type 5 .
