Please help me identify this pistol. Any information, such as the month it was manufactured, its value or to whom it was sold, is appreciated.

Walther PP, .32 caliber. On left side of the slide there is a Walther banner. To the right of that banner, the following is written: Waffenfabrik Walther, Zella-Mehlis (Thur) Walther’s Patent Cal 7,65 m/m. To the right of those two lines it is marked Mod. PP. On the right side of the gun, under the ejection port is a nazi eagle over “N.” This exact same mark is found on the barrel, just above the mark on the slide. The serial number is 191199 P. The grips are black plastic, checkered, featuring the Walther banner. The gun is in excellent condition. While there is some wear around the edges, probably due to a holster, the gun is otherwise perfect. The red dot under the decocking lever is in excellent condition. Though there is a small blemish on the slide, much of the rest of the gun is perfect, with near-mirror finishes. The magazine is standard, isn’t blued like the rest of the gun, and is a bit rusted.

Thank you.
