From the shape, it appears to be a standard German manufactured holster for the Radom pistol. The hooks on the back are additions and very similar to the type used by the British with their WW2 Pattern 37 equipment.

It looks like a well worn VIS holster. The only markings would be the ink stamped P35[p] that appears inside. after time, they become impossible to see.
