As you are probably aware the Akah stamp is the logo of the manufacturer Albrecht Kind. The DRGM is like our patent stamp. If the holster is not Waffenamt, it is probably not military or police issue. The Police have their own stamp eagle/B. It is most probably a commercial holster, however, as you know most officers were required to purchase their own sidearms and holsters, so it could have been used by the military.
