HERE IS A RARE ONE.The Rast Gasser was made in Belgium for sale in A_H during WWI to Junior Officers. All officers had to buy there pistols. This is my first attempt to attach a picture--Hope it works!

A nice and certainly rare one, Darrell. I remember you kindly sent me a picture of this revolver some years ago. I also remember it has crowned ELG mark, probably other Belgian proof marks; does it have a manufacturer's marking? By the way, I believe these were made before WWI, as Austria-Hungary and Belgium were on oposite sides during WWI.

HI MY FRIEND,
A VERY GOOD POINT YOU BRING UP--BEFORE WWI! IF you ever run accross a sight--please let me know. There are no manufacturing marks but only the normal belgium ones. I can just see the young 2nd LT now buying this pistol with the very small amount of money he could get together. I'm going to the best show in the USA(SHOW OF SHOWS) the day after tomorrow Jani--In Louisville KY where I used to live. Wish me luck.
