Romanian Beretta 1934

I have seen a Beretta 1934 Romanian contract gun, first contract 0 series. The gun has a mismatched 0 series barrel with the correct serial number electric pencilled on the bottom. The gun appears to be arsenal refinished.

Would this gun have collector value? I know with P38's the electric pencilled parts are post war buildups. Anyone know about the Romanian guns?

Any help would be appreciated including a value on the piece.
