I have found this holster some days ago. It is old (pre WW2) and Roth Steyr 1907 was in it. It has no markings. Is this a WW1 holster for Roth Steyr or it is home made post WW1 holster? Have enyone seen holster like this?
Thanks
Jaka

Jaka,
I have several WWI Roth-Steyr holsters but never one that looked like this. It appears that it was a military holster due to the belt loop and "D" rings for a shoulder strap. Obviously it was well made in the Czech/Austrian style having welting around the seams, but someone has cut it down,...probably for easier weapon access. I've checked Benders and Whittingtons books on holsters and haven't found it. I'll keep looking.
