Yep, sounds like you found a mag for a Ruby made by Esperanza y Unceta (EU). I have read that Finland bought many of these from France...and weren't to happy with them!
Now, where is that matching pistol?

I don't have the pistol for it, but I do have the holster! I have a brown leather holster for a Ruby pistol with the French wire hanger on the back, and the holster has a SA in a rectangle on the flap. It currently houses an Astra made Ruby (Astra model 1915) and it actually shoots and functions very well.
