I'm thinking the name inside the holster might be "Dickgieser" ........... but I'm drawing a blank on the rank or first name ("Willie"?)
For example, here is the 1935 Mannheim phonebook address of a "Wilhelm Dickgieser"

Edit: indeed there is a "g" after the"k" ..... don't know what happened there with the disappearing "g" ;-)

Great holster. I always associated that shape holster as being issued for the Mauser HSc.
Obviously I was wrong and have learned something new.

I've posted this several times before, but in case you haven't seen it here it is. A side-by-side comparison of a Sauer holster and an HSc holster both made by Geco, both same dates.
