I recently purchased from the Veteran a excellent Simson blank chamber luger, all original except for the magazines, serial 43xx.The pistol is apparently a Nazi re-issue as one mag is the aluminum bottom WW2 issue numbered to the pistol but the second is black bottom(plastic) with the serial number etched on the side. Holster a early nice 1941 dated. I was told this is the way it was captured but wondering about the second mag,did you ever see a late war mag numbered like this??
I haven't seen one like it, but my experience in this field is more than limited. Is it possible to get pictures of the magazine, and we'd like to see pictures of the luger from many angles.
