hello all; some input required here: i just bought a snail mag mg adapter. there is no data in our archives on this piece. it sounded like an "off the wall" item, but i have heard that they exist. i could not turn down the offer. . what gun was it intended to be used for? is it rare? how can i determine it's authenticity?etc. etc. all inputs gratefully accepted. regards, --john--

John, it's designed to permit the use of a TM08 with the MP18. It saw extensive use by the police during the period of widespread civil strife in Germany 1919-1925. Who knows, maybe Rosa and Karl met their well deserved end at the muzzel of an MP18.

Do a search of MP18 or MP18I and you should be able to come up with some photos.
