In the most recent Gun List, Sothern Ohio Gun is advertising P-38 soft shell's with jwa4 and gxw(?) 1944/45 codes for $99. If you look closely at the picture, the holster shown is a post-war Theuermann type. DEFINITELY NOT Nazi, and available a gun shows for $35-$50. A FAKE with Nazi markings added ?. Buyer beware!

Definately post-war manufacture, bogus stamps. If I were SOG I would be embaressed to advertise them as authentic.

Hi Guys, I agree the photo of the P.38 Holster is post war. I bought a gxy 1945 from SOG and it appears to be right as rain, not the post war design. The only difference between the 45 and any earlier production is the thickness of the cover flap.

I suspect that someone at SOG placed the wrong photo with the writeup.
