I purchased three of Jan Stills Books last year, including Third Reich Lugers. The books are excellent and I would recommend them highly. They are valuable resources, with detailed and up to date information and great photos. I have a case of the Luger bug, and have fun with "the hunt" - the books have done nothing but fuel the fever.
I you haven't already - you might post the 42 byf on the beginning collector forum (some photos would be best) and I am sure some of the more experienced guys will answer many of your questions...
