Submitted here is my example of the Tyrolean Walther PP with the 9mm diameter Tyrolean eagle. Another such example is found on 22 cal [ L.f.B.][ for competitive shooting] rifle but in 12 mm diameter size. These examples cast doubts on previous published reports as to the actual end user purpose of the otherwise identified weapons . Trust one will learn as well as enjoy from this presentation.

Hello,
in "Deutsches Waffen-Journal" 8/2002, p. 88 - 91 (please do not ask me to translate or send photocopies. I am sure a fellow collector will have access to this article or you can obtain it via the publisher!) I have written an article on those Tyrolian PPs with some new insights into the users of those PPs.
