Hello Guys,

Here are the pics of the Var. 2 WaA359 PPK rig from the SOS that everyone has been talking about. A fellow Walther Collector from CA, Bob Young, is the lucky new owner of this killer rig. Bob asked me to photo it for him, since he's digital camera impaired. Enjoy the pics of this fantastic rig, and realized how hard it was, for me to send him his rig back!!

John,

Thanks for posting pictures of this fantastic Walther PPK high polish E/WaA359 rig with rare drop holster. I looked at this rig Friday evening and early Saturday morning (at NGD) but just did not have the resources (money) to buy it. I was going to go back and make Doug an offer but it was gone--this was around 11:00am as I recall that I went back. Oh well, I am sure it has found a great home and I appreciate you posting pictures for others to see this outstanding PPK rig. I know Bob I sold a Luger rig to him a couple of months ago. He he has been hounding me (smile) about letting him know about any pre 1945 PPKs I might want to sell him. Well that is interesting--it just occurred to me drafting this forum response who he was! Best, Lloyd in Vegas

Wow!

I saw that rig as well but have decided PPk collecting is out of my interest area at this point.

Lloyd we need to hook up at the next show, I am hooked on certain areas of collecting right now, you can't own them all.
