Generally on the rear of the frame like that, it is considered a unit marking. What is it stamped over? It wouldn't be a swastika marked there.
The front of the frame, is the serial number ground off?

Well for one the serial on the barrel and the frame have been crudely removed post finish - never a good sign . And not seeing one on the receiver extension is bad enough. The LAS 1909 might be a police property number or something akin to that when things were not so illegal with removed original serials. But in todays world filed off serials cause all kinds of alarms to go off. Walk away from this thing...its got too many issues.

what do i do with this now? i bought this quite a few years ago with a mac 10 on discount from a local pawn shop. i really did not understand a lot about markings etc on lugers.. in no way am i trying to resale or take advantage of someone. i did send images to legacy collectibles, they gave it a lower shooter value of 800 to 1200. is it worth sending this to somewhere that would fix the bad parts? if so what would be a honest shop to help me out and get this fixed right? thanks again!
